Why Do You Have A "Phone Code" With Each Listing? The "Phone Code" is intended as an aid for anyone looking for a product or service. Since cell phones and unlisted residential numbers as not published in traditional telephone books, the "C" and "U" codes will indicate that said phone numbers are unpublished. Likewise, if someone calls an "L" coded number, they will not automatically hang up (thinking they called the wrong number) if a child answers the phone.
Why Do You List Residential & Cellular Numbers? Some people just can not afford the traditional "business telephone line" which provides a listing in the yellow section of phone books.
